Green building– Because We Care about the Environment

We believe in the importance of preserving the environment in which we live, therefore, we have applied the use of green building principle in construction:

• High percentage of windows on the façade of the building for natural light.
• Roof shades over the face of the office building for saving energy and air conditioning.
• Noise prevention devices.
• Natural drainage and use of water-saving plants.
• Insulation of the building shell to reduce energy loss.
• Prioritizing the use of green standard label materials.
• Using water from condensation for filling the reservoir used for watering plants at the site.
• Using heat released from the air conditioning system for heating water.
• Waste recycling for paper, plastic, cartons.
• PIR detectors to operate and turn off the electrical and air conditioning systems in the rooms.
• Use of energy saving bulbs.
